BROOKHAVEN LIBRARY UPDATE
MAKING PROGRESS AND BUILDING MOMENTUM
This summer, the Brookhaven community had its first glimpse of the proposed renovation plans for DeKalb County’s new Brookhaven Library branch.
Citizens were delighted that the new building will be twice the size of the current facility. Many remarked about how the modern design, expanded parking, community room (and more) will make it a popular destination for residents and families.
A special thank you to Brookhaven residents for your support and input through out the planning process.
A firmer construction timeline will be released after we finalize the following: finalizing funding, awarding the construction contract, and obtaining permits.
